OFFICE SPACE TAILORED TO FIT

This building provides a unique flexibility based on which we are able to construct premises from 17 ㎡ (office) up to 1150 ㎡ (the entire floor) within one floor, as well as individual offices or open spaces. You also have the possibility to expand Your premises during the rent period according to Your needs.

NON-STOP FITNESS CENTRUM

Fully automated fitness centre. Located directly in the Jarošova Office Centre office building on the ground floor. Entrance is through the reception or from the parking lot

RECEPTION AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING

The reception is operated by a receptionist during working days and by a 24-hour security service. The main task of the reception is to register, to announce and to help the visitors navigate around the building and also collect ordinary mail that you pick up afterwards.

24-HOUR SECURITY SERVICE

The security of the building is provided by a camera system and by a security service that is available 24 hours a day.

LOW OPERATIONAL COSTS (UNDER 3 €)

Since the beginning of the operation of the building, we´ve tried to decrease the operational costs. Every year they gradually decreased until they have reached the lowest level in the city, less than 3€, while other buildings have 4€ and more. We sustain this level since. Despite the low price, we are able to provide quality maintenance of the building that is provided by a company ENGIE Services a.s.

AIRCONDITIONED PREMISES

The heating and cooling system VRV is provided by window sill fan coil units with two pipe systems (reference quality Daikin). The whole system is connected to the central measuring and regulating system, leaving the possibility to individually regulate the air temperature in each room.

OPENABLE WINDOWS

The ventilation of the office space for fresh air is possible by openable windows.

BICYCLE STANDS

In the basement of the building, you can find three bicycle stands that can be used by the employees of the building. You can get to the bicycle stands easily using the rear barrier-free entrance.

SHOWERS IN THE BUILDING

There are also showers, in the basement near the bicycle stands. The showers were built and put into use in April 2016. A separate lady´s shower and a separate shower for men is available to all fans of cycling.

A SHARED MEETING ROOM

There is a shared meeting room in the building that is available to all tenants. The room is designed to comfortably seat 10 people. You can book it at the owner of the building.

DINING OPTIONS RIGHT IN THE BUILDING

There is a Pasta & Salad restaurant directly in the building, where you can eat breakfast daily, two types of soups for lunch and a wide variety of vegetable and pasta salads, sandwiches and other delicious, refreshing meals.

PARKING IN THE BUILDING

The building has one grade-level parking floor and two subterranean parking floors, which have nearly 200 parking spaces. The location of the building also offers a wide range of parking possibilities in the surrounding area.

THE MAINTENANCE RESIDES IN THE BUILDING

The high-quality maintenance, operation and management of the building is provided by ENGIE Services a.s which is the biggest service building maintenance company of administrative buildings in Europe. The company resides directly in the building and thus ensures a high-quality of the offered services and quick reactions to the requests of the tenants.
